Hindustan Unilever Ltd (HUL) shareholders have greenlit the demerger of its ice-cream business into an independent listed entity, with the resolution passing via e-voting by a three-fourths majority. The separation, announced by Unilever in March 2024, is slated for completion by Q4 2025. Existing HUL shareholders will receive shares in the new entity on a 1:1 basis.
Arisinfra Solutions Ltd. disclosed that its subsidiary, ArisUnitern RE Solutions Pvt. Ltd., has achieved record sales for Bodhii Tree, a premium villa plot development NEAR Bengaluru. The project, spanning 7 acres and offering 109 plots with sizes up to 3,500 sq. ft., features a private clubhouse and RERA-approved amenities, capitalizing on the region's growth corridor.
